民生金融中心位于东城区建国门内大街28号，总建筑面积250000㎡，写字楼建筑面积约20万平方米，高达百米，为长安街的最高建筑，2万平米门前观景广场，在寸土寸金的长安街沿线显得弥足珍贵。

Minsheng financial center is located in dongcheng district after street, 28, a total construction area of 250000 ㎡, office building area of 200000 square meters, up to hundreds of meters, as the tallest building of chang 'an street, 2 square meters in front view plaza, exiguous in along the chang 'an avenue appear precious.

大堂挑高9米，层高2.6米，C座挑高13米采光上中庭高达86米，由4层直通建筑顶端，为亚洲罕见写字楼设计，成为整个建筑的经典之处。建筑造型庄重、典雅，充分体现了稳健与专业、品质与内涵的完美结合。宏伟挺拔的建筑造型与长安街历史和现代风貌相融合，彰显企业不凡实力。

The lobby is 9 meters high, the floor is 2.6 meters high, and the upper atrium of block C is 13 meters high. The ceiling is 86 meters high. The atrium is designed from 4 floors to the top of the building, which is a rare office building in Asia. Architectural modeling solemn, elegant, fully reflects the steady and professional, quality and connotation of the perfect combination. The magnificent and straight architectural shape and the changan street history and the modern style fusion, manifests the enterprise extraordinary strength.

民生金融中心由美国LTC设计公司进行方案设计，天津大学建筑设计研究院进行施工图设计。主楼C座位于建筑群体中心，总建筑面积约为93,000平方米，其中地上约80000平方米，标准层面积约为2700平方米，地面23层，檐高85米，总高约99米。A、B、D、E座分设于C座四周，平面呈花瓣形，地上18层，檐高72.01米，首层入口大堂层高9米，2至18层均为高标准5A级写字间。

Minsheng financial center was designed by LTC design company of the United States and the architectural design and research institute of tianjin university. Seat C of the main building is located in the center of the building group, with a total construction area of about 93,000 square meters, including about 80,000 square meters on the ground, 2,700 square meters on the standard floor, 23 floors on the ground, 85 meters high eaves, and a total height of about 99 meters. Block A, B, D and E are located around block C, with petal shaped plane, 18 floors above ground, 72.01 meters high eave, 9 meters high entrance lobby level on the first floor, and high standard 5A office on the second to 18th floors.
